        OMIC Bangkok was established in 1954 as the fist overseas branch of Overseas Merchandise Inspection Co.,Ltd (OMIC) Head office in Tokyo , Japan. OMIC Bangkok operates Grain , Food & Marine Inspection, Fumigation and Testing Laboratory. We provide a wide range of high-quality services around the world with more than 200 professional staff.

         Since 1996 OMIC Bangkok has been certified for ISO 9001 Quality Management System Standard. The cutting edge equipment and professionally trained staff, enables us to act as one of the market leaders in the implementation of the latest analytical techniques & procedures.  We also understand the value of our customer's time, so our highest priority is not only to satisfy all needs and wants of our customers in precise manner, but we promise to do it in the shortest period of time.

              Our commitment to quality is recognized with accreditation               and authorization as following ;

  • Accredited laboratory for ISO/IEC 17025 by Thai Industrial Stadards Institute [TISI] and by Department of Medical Sciences [DMSc].
  • Authorized as a testing and analytical agency by Ministry of Commerce; Department of Foreign Trade, Office of Commodity Standard, Thailand.
  • Registered private laboratory for water and waste water analysis, permitted by Ministry of Industry ; Department of Industrial work (DIW) : Thailand.
  • Registered Laboratory under the scheme of Foreign Official Laboratories by Japanese Food Sanitary Law.
  • Registered Laboratory for Fruit & Vegetable exported to EU , permitted by Department of Agriculture (DOA).
  • Designated as testing laboratory for Agricultural Commodity and Food by the National Bureau of Agricultural Commodity and Food Standards : ACFS
  • Designated as the Registered Laboratory under the scheme of Foreign Official Laboratories by Japanese Food Sanitary Law.
  • Authorized as a Foreign Official Laboratory by KFDA (KOREA FOOD & DRUG ADMINISTRATION).
